Job Training

Huntwood has a growing commitment to employee training. While many facets of the work are best learned in the
practical environment of the workplace, the company realizes the value of employee training. One current expression of this commitment is our partnership with area community colleges in what is called a Job Skills Program. Through this partnership the colleges provide seasoned consultants and instructors teaching a variety of topics from leadership development to software training. This spring over 60 employees participated in the program. What's more, a more expansive partnership involving potentially hundreds of employees is currently being considered for this fall.

Huntwood understands that the true value of an organization is not found in its facilities or equipment, but in its people. A primary demonstration of that is by planning for the personal and professional growth of the people who work here.
